What type of cleaning supplies do you use?
We use Tide or Seventh Generation detergent and Bounce dryer sheets.

Do I need to sort lights and darks?
No, we will sort all laundry and wash accordingly.

How much is a load of laundry?
One load is your typical load of laundry, which is up to 15 pounds.

Is there a minimum?
No, we will pickup and deliver for just one load of laundry.

What day of the week do you offer service in my area?
We will assign your exact day when you register.

What if I need service on a day other than my area of service?
Simply fill out the emergency request form. We will do our best to accommodate your laundry needs. This does incur a $10 service fee.

Do I have to be home for pick-up and deliveries?
No. Just leave your laundry bags at your doorstep. We will notify you when we pick them up and when we deliver them.

Do I have to use your laundry bags?
No. You can leave your laundry, especially on your first time, in any type of bag. Yes even a trash bag. We do sell convenient laundry bags that hold just over 2 loads of laundry.

Is my laundry washed with other peoples?
Never. Your clothes are washed and dried in their own machines.

What about my undergarments?
Yes, we wash your unmentionables without mentioning them. We also use delicate bags for those unmentionables.

I am in town on business. Can you come to my hotel?
Yes, we pick-up and drop off at hotels, simply register or fill out the Emergency request. We just ask that you leave at the front desk.

Can I pay cash?
Yes. Please notify us so that we know to collect your payment at drop-off.

Do you offer ironing or dry cleaning?
Unfortunately we do not. We are simply a laundry service, wash and dry only. But we do fold everything very nicely!
